This is a beginners class for children new to swim lessons to learn basic water safety and develop comfort in the pool.

Focuses on:

• water orientation​

• floating

• arm & leg movements

This is an intermediate class for children who are comfortable in water and can swim 5ft.

​

Focuses on:

• float & recover to a standing position​

• combining arm and leg movement

• underwater swimming

Stroke Development

**Stroke Development lessons will not start until: June 11th, 2023**

An advanced class for children who can swim 10 yards freestyle & backstroke. This class is for learning to swim primary strokes without assistance.

• breathing​

• gliding

• treading water
